Your Privacy Rights

Capital Concepts USA LLC will never sell customer information, nor will we share your personal and corporate data and financial information with any other company or organization without your prior consent.

How We Use Information

We collect customer information for two reasons:

  1. It helps us better understand our customers, both to create new products and to assist them in choosing products and services.
  2. It lets us keep you informed about new products and developments at Capital Concepts USA LLC – unless, of course, you do not want us to contact you by email. We will honor your requests regarding how and when to contact you.

We may collect certain non-personal, aggregate information about your visit, such as the name of the Internet service provider and the Internet Protocol (IP) address through which you access the Internet; the date and time you access the site; the pages that you access while at the site and the Internet address of the site from which you linked directly to our site. This information is used to help us improve the site, analyze trends and administer the site.

As business consultants, we are mindful that we are privy to extremely sensitive and confidential information about your business and, in some cases, you, personally. We have designed our information management systems and policies and procedures to take all reasonable precautions to protect the integrity and safety of your information.

For California Residents

We are exempt from California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) according to California Civil Code section 1798.83 which states the policy applies only to businesses sharing personal information about their customers with other businesses for direct marketing purposes AND employing 20 or more people. If we recommend financing to someone residing in California, we will refer directly rather than sharing personal information.
