Our Story
Statistics say that 80% of businesses offered for sale NEVER sell. Capital Concepts USA was created to help business owners avoid the common challenges that lead to failed exits. After founding and selling multiple businesses, Lorne recognized that many owners aren’t prepared for the complexities of exiting. Most businesses either fail to sell or don’t reach their desired sale price due to a lack of preparation. Capital Concepts USA exists to guide owners through the critical steps of building a more profitable, sustainable company—ultimately allowing them to exit on their terms.

Lorne A. Greenfield, CEPA®, is an experienced business owner who understands the challenges entrepreneurs face when growing and selling a company. Over the course of 40 years, Lorne has founded and scaled more than 30 companies across industries like software, construction, and financial services. His experience gives him a unique perspective on the common pitfalls of business ownership—and more importantly, how to overcome them. Lorne helps guide business owners through the process of building value and preparing for a smooth, successful exit.
